Canton has gotten many new coaches and teachers throughout the year and Tray Earnhart is of the older new editions.

Tray Earnhart is a principal at Canton Academy and also teaches history and coaches softball and baseball.

When asked why Earnhart came to CA he answered, “I wanted my two youngest sons to come to school here and i feel like it was a good christian place to come and teach and fulfill my teaching and coaching career.”

Earnhart lived in Louisville, Kentucky.

When asked where all he has lived Earnhart had to think, he has been many place and called them home.

Some of the place Earnhart said was, “Mississippi, Wyoming, Missouri, Tennessee, and Kentucky."

End the end he came back to Mississippi because he loved it most.

Earnhart said, “Wyoming was beautiful and a great place to raise kids. With all the outdoors activities to do."

Earnhart has been a principal at CA for four years now.

When asked how he feel about teaching his son.

Earnhart said, “I love teaching all my children, he has taught all his children and enjoyed seeing them everyday and being able to help them with his problems.”

His biggest problem with Jonathan today is that he doesn't realize how much potential he has and how far he can succeed.

Earnhart believes Jonathan can do great things with his life.

“He has an incredible mind and can do just about anything he wants,” said Earnhart.

Earnhart attend school at Madison Ridgeland High School.

He loves teaching because he likes to challenge students to teach and be creative with their minds.

He also loves watching the children grow.

He wanted to coach softball and baseball because they had good program and succeeded well.

Earnhart has fallen in love with Canton Academy.
