In loving memory of Chaney Hale 

Daniel Chaney Hale Jr, 80 , of Canton, died Monday, September 25, 2084 at his house in Mississippi. Visitation will be held on Friday September 29 from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at Breeland funeral home. Services will be held at Breeland Chapel with Bro. Taylor Pratt officiating. Burial will follow in Canton Cemetery. Mr. Hale, was a native to Canton, MS, and attended Mississippi State University. 

Mr. Hale was a very caring and funny man to know. He was just like his father and his mother. He worked as the best veterinarian in Madison County and was respected by many people. He cared about his family the most. He was very caring about his job and he took it very serious. It was his first job and he did it from 15 all the way until he was 65. 

Survivors are: Brother Rhett Hale, Wife Joey Hale, Son Daniel Chaney Hale III, Daughters Marie Hale, Ophelia Hale, Nephew Rhett Hale Jr, Niece Shea Hale. 

Pallbearers: Rhett Hale, Taylor Pratt, Colton Ellis, Jake Ramsey, Chaney Hale III, Jordan Price, John Hutchinson, Barnes Wadford, Samuel Wadford, Gaston Walker, and Rhett Hale Jr.

 

Carter Shannon Martin, age 15, passed away at his home in Canton Mississippi on Tuesday, January 7, 2020. Carter was born on March 12, 2004 in Canton Mississippi and attended Canton Academy. 

Carter was athletic and he loved sports. He played golf all the time and was always trying to learn. He worked hard in school and in summer jobs at the golf course.

Visitation will be held at first baptist church canton thursday, January 9, 2020 at 11 a.m. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 10, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.

 

Madelynn Grace Spivey

Madelynn Grace Spivey, 84, of Canton, died Monday, February 9, 2088 in her home in Canton, Mississippi. The visitation will be at Breeland Funeral Home in Canton on Wednesday, February 11, 2088 at 2 p.m. Funeral services will be at Pinelake Madison Campus on Thursday, February 12,2088, at 1 p.m. with Landon Cochran officiating. The burial will be right after the funeral at the Meadville Cemetery. She is survived by mother, Misti Mason, who is 111 years old; Brothers, Landon Cochran and Liam Mason(Marley); Sister, Aislynn Cochran; Kids, Brinley lynn Spivey, Aubreylynn Grace Spivey, and Brecken Thomas Spivey; 6 grandchildren and 1 great- grandchild. She is also survived by some of her friends. 

 

In Loving Memory of Jacob Tyler Ramsey 

Jacob Tyler Ramsey, 88, of Canton, died Thursday, March 20, 2092 at his ranch in Wyoming. Visitations will be Saturday, March 22 at 10:00 am to 12:00pm at Breelands Funeral Home in Canton. Services are at 12:00pm in the Breelands Chapel with Bro. Justin Wilkinson  Officiating. Burial will follow at Farmhaven Baptist Cemetery. Mr. Ramsey, a native of Canton, MS, attended Canton Academy and proceeded on to graduate at the University of Mississippi.

Survived by:  wife, Bayliegh Ramsey of Cheyenne, Wyoming; son, Jacob Joel Ramsey;

Daughter, Macey Elizabeth Ramsey; brother Ashton Cole Teer of Brandon, and William Johnah Salers of Brandon; sister, Taylor Allen Middleton. 

Jacob is preceded in death by Mother, Shannon Ramsey; Stepmother, Bryce Teer; Father, Mickee Ramsey; Brother Caleb Scott Salers; and many more including Grandparents; and  Aunts and Uncles.

Pallbearers are: Ashton Teer, Joel Ramsey, Rivers, and Corey Ramsey.

 

Holden Chandler

Holden Chandler died at the age of 45, on August 25,2050. After being shot in afghanistan in the line of duty in the US Army. Holden died on a Thursday afternoon. Visitation will be held at Breland Chapel followed by the burial held right after in Canton Cemetery. Holden had two kids named DJ and Rocky and a wife Charlotte. Holden has 6 dogs named Larry, Moe, Curly, Crownut, Rocky and DJ. The survivors in Holden’s family is his kids, wife, and his 6 dogs who he loved so much. 

 

Carrington Holli Curtis 

Carrington Holli Curtis, 52, of Canton, passed away on Saturday, September 25th, 2056 at the Chicago marathon due to heat exhaustion. Visitation will be held at 5 pm , September 28th, at Breeland Funeral home. The funeral will be held at 1 pm at First Baptist church, in Jackson. Carrington was a radiologist at St. Dominic’s Madison for twenty five years. She was also a runner at Ole Miss from 2022-2025. She enjoyed spending time with family, cooking, and running in her free time.  In high school she attended Canton Academy kindergarten through 12th grade. Daughter Holly grace will be the reverend of the service on September 28th. Survivors include children Holly Grace, Addy Lynn, and Autumn. And grandchildren madi, ally, and Katie. She donated her body to science.

 

Raleigh Marie Quayle

Raleigh Marie Quayle, 87, of Los Angeles, died Monday, June 8, 2091 in Paris France. She fell off the Eiffel tower. Visitation will be held Tuesday June 16 at First Baptist of Madison at 3 p.m. The funeral will be held Wednesday June 17 at First Baptist of Madison at 2 p.m. Raleigh moved to California after she graduated college from Mississippi State University. She then went to play in the WNBA, she played for the Los Angeles Sparks. Raleigh was married for 15 years before her divorce, She was then a single mother with three children. Rev Madelynn Cochran will be leading the service. She is survived by her children Jennifer (Randy), Jason (Meredith), Allie Grace (Tucker) and her grandchildren Addison, Josh, Chase, Maicy and Bryce. Her paul berrors will be Randy, Jason, Tucker, Josh, Chase and Bryce.

Charles Gaston Walker, age 97, died on Tuesday, June 22, 2100, skimboarding in Florida. He was born October 22, 2002, in Jackson, lisman and Wade Walker. Visitation will be at Funeral Etiquette at 5 p.m.-8p.m. on Wednesday, He was married to Mary Walker. He had 21 grand-children, 6 grand-children and 4 grand-childern Survived was Bobo Walker brother, Chex Walker brother and Rusty Walker brother. Gaston Walker was a graduate of Canton Academy in 2022, he played baseball while in Canton Academy.

 

Mackenzie Scott Pyron, 48, of Ashville, North Carolina, died Friday, October 11, 2052, of Oahu, Hawaii. Visitation will be at First Baptist Ridgeland campus on Tuesday, October 15, 2052, at 1:00 pm. She died during a dive off the coast of Oahu while studying great white sharks. Funeral services will be at First Baptist Ridgeland on Wednesday, 16, 2052, at noon with Rev Starr O’cain officiating. She is survived by her daughter Nell Pyron of North Carolina, son Asher Pyron of North Carolina, and brother John Davis Watson of Canton and many more friends and relatives. 

 

Ephraim Elisha  HIll

Ephraim Elisha Hill, 112, of Foshan, died Wednesday, December 31, 2131, of Cemetery. Visitation will be at Jackson Revival Center Church on Saturday, November 3, 2131, at 2pm

Funeral Services will be at Jackson Revival Center on Monday, November 5, 2131, at noon with Bishop Dakota Jordan officiating. He is survived by wife Olivia Holt of Memphis; son Alex Hill of Atlanta, Georgia, daughter Quri of Destin, Florida, brother Cade Holt and sister Morgan Toll; 6 grandchildren; and a host of close friends and great relative. 

 

Katherine Spivey O’cain

Katherine Spivey O’cain, 58, of Flowood, died Saturday, October 29, 2062, in Florida. Visitation will be held at Pinelake Flowood Campus on Monday, October 31, 2062, at 12 p.m. 

Funeral services will be at Pinelake Flowood on Tuesday, 01, 2062, at noon with Danny Spivey officiating (101 and still kicking). She lived a happy life. She passed away parasailing over the gulf of Mexico with Sara Kennedy Lampkin. 

She is survived by husband John Marc O’cain of Flowood; Logan Scott of Flowood; Lilian Starr of Flowood; sister Margaret Claire Thomas Ellis (Zan Ellis) of California; brother Daniel (Ashlyn) of Canton; 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and a host of other friends and relatives. She donated her body to science. 

 

Cole Taylor Spivey died on August 24 of 2069 at the age of 66. He died in his hometown Canton Mississippi. Spivey was taken into the ER after being shot by his Wife and died in surgery at 3:00. Cole Spivey son of Lloyd and Ashley Spivey was born in june 16, 2003, in jackson MS. Cole married his highschool sweetheart after graduating from The University of Mississippi. Cole graduated high school from Canton Academy in the year 2022. He attended Ole Miss and graduated with his law Degree. He went back to Canton to pursue his law career and made a living. Cole and his family attended church at Pine Lake in Gluckstadt. 

He is survived by his sister Britton and (Allie), also by Madelynn Spivey his Wife and his children, Gilmer, Allie, Ben, Jake, John, Audrey, and Grace. 

He is preceded in death by his parents Lloyd and Ashley Spivey and his brother Chase Mcknight. 

Service time will start at 10:00 am on August 28 at Grace Episcopal Church . Visitation will be on August 27, starting at 12:00 and 2:00 pm at breeland funeral home in Canton Ms.  

 

Carli Cooper DeLaune

Carli Cooper DeLaune, 36, of Albany, New York, died unexpectedly Wednesday, May 16, 2040, in the Bahamas while on a family cruise. She was doing what she loved most, traveling with her family. Visitation will be at Hans Funeral Home on Friday, May 18, 2040, at 5 p.m. Funeral services will be held in Graceland Cemetery on Saturday, May 19, 2040, at 2 p.m. with Rev Mackenzie Schnapp officiating. She is survived by husband Peyton DeLaune of Albany, New York; Cooper DeLaune of Albany, New York; Erin DeLaune of Albany, New York; mother Wendy Cooper of Madison, Mississippi; father Chaz Cooper of Madison, Mississippi; brother Chase (Karen) Cooper of Raleigh, North Carolina; along with many other friends and relatives.

 

Collin Ayinde Gray, 16, of Canton, died Thursday, February 27,2020, at the Denali mountains. There will be no visitation, Funeral Services will be at Grand paradise water on Saturday,19, 2020 at noon with Rev Gerald officiating. He is survived by his brother Quddus of Gluckstadt : Randal Gray of Canton, Mississippi :Brothers Ishmeal Gray and Justin Sims of Jackson, and a host of other friends and relatives. He donated his body to chuck. E cheese.

 

Emma Grace Poquette

 

Emma Grace Poquette, 83, of Canton, died Wednesday, September 17, 2087, at Panama City Beach. Visitation will be held at Breeland Funeral home on Friday, September 19, 2087, at 6 p.m.

Funeral services will be at First United Methodist Church on Saturday, 20, 2087 at noon with Rev. Elizabeth Poquette officiating. 

 

Nora Smith Becket-Astor-Harrington-Kline-Lexington-Reeves-Stryker-Winsor-Robbins

 

Nora Smith Becket-Astor-Harrington-Kline-Lexington-Reeves-Stryker-Winsor-Robbins, 48, of Ontario, died Saturday, December 25th, 2052, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower after an easy-bake-oven dropped on her head from a rampaging child that was displeased by her gift. Visitation will be at Church’s Chicken on Tuesday, August 20th, 2052 at 3 a.m. She will not have normal funeral services and instead will be drifted off on the Dead Sea at the middle of the night while having flaming arrows shot at the boat she lies in by her family, this will be officiated by Tony Hawk. She was widowed nine times before her demise by Truman Becket, Alister Astor, Sean Harrington, Derek Kline, Noel Lexington, Braden Reeves, Steven Stryker, Walter Winsor, and Webb Robbins. Who all died of unknown causes the day after their wedding. This totaled to her being a trillionaire at the time of her death, and all of her wealth will be given down to her nieces and nephews. She is survived by her best friend, Alex Morgan, who was with her until her death, and her five siblings, Savannah Hillerman (Benjamin), Emma Holland (Tom), Noah Smith, Lydia Gates (Vincent), and Josiah Smith, and her twenty-seven nieces and nephews.
