Sometime students just need to go outside and get a breath of fresh air after sitting in the school all day.

Going outside and getting a fresh air could be helpful to many students and could also have a good impact on many students grades.

When going outside after sitting in the class for too long it helps kids relax there minds.

Also, there are many health benefits to going outside like a big one is it improves memory.

People who live closer to nature or who go outside have less anxiety and depression.

Studies show walking in nature has been shown to improve a person’s mood and short-term memory loss.

Going outside helps with your immune system so a person’s body could fight off viruses and illness more effectively.

Going outside could also make class more fun it could make it more engaging.

Also it could improve attendance it would make kids want to come to school more because they won’t have to sit in a desk and write all day long.
